If you would like to request additional equipment for your team, please complete the Equipment Request Form. All requests will be reviewed by the DYBS Board prior to approval and purchase.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that the equipment will be purchased. Requests will be evaluated based on the club's current inventory, team needs, budget, and available funding.
